OPINION:
The U.S. Navy recently named USNS Harvey Milk after the ‘70s gay rights activist. Amid the current fetish of erasing heroes for blotches on their records, it begs the question: If we judge Washingtons and Jeffersons by their worst moments, why don’t we judge Mr. Milk by his?
He destroyed the hero who saved a U.S. president.
You may not know the name of left-wing radical Sara Jane Moore, but it would live in infamy alongside Booth, Guiteau, Czolgosz and Oswald if not for the quick reflexes of PFC Oliver “Billy” Sipple.

Back in the summer, Joe Biden repeatedly dismissed Americans’ concerns about rapidly rising prices. At the time, Biden told us that skyrocketing prices under his watch were “temporary.” In short, nothing to worry about. We now know that Biden was lying.
Last week we learned that consumer prices rose a whopping 6.2 percent in October compared to last year. That’s no minor blip – it’s the sharpest spike in 30 years.

Inflation in October hit a three-decade high of 6.2%, affecting the cost of everything from groceries to utilities to appliances.
More specifically, the consumer price index increased by 0.9% last month, compared to its increase of 0.4% in September and 0.3% in August, the fastest increase in 31 years.
