Trump Launches ‘TRUTH Social’ To Combat Fake News, Big Tech Censorship

Former President Donald Trump announced on Wednesday the launch of a new social media site, “TRUTH Social,” designed to “create a rival to the liberal media consortium.”
“I created TRUTH Social and TMTG to stand up to the tyranny of Big Tech. We live in a world where the Taliban has a huge presence on Twitter, yet your favorite American President has been silenced. This is unacceptable,” Trump said in a statement. He also pledged to send out his “first TRUTH on TRUTH Social very soon.

Startups are betting on a psychedelic gold rush

For a long time, Chase Chewning had wanted to try a new type of psychotherapy that uses ketamine, a dissociative anesthetic that’s shown promise as a mental health treatment. Chewning, a veteran who has had several recreational experiences with MDMA and psilocybin, hoped the drug could help him with his PTSD, so he made an appointment at a Los Angeles ketamine therapy clinic operated by Field Trip Health. Having now completed two ketamine sessions, Chewning says his experience at Field Trip has indeed helped him make progress.

Stephen Moore: Biden thinks climate change is a bigger threat than China. He’ll be sorry

NEWYou can now listen to Fox News articles!
With each passing week, it looks like World War III — between America and China — is coming sooner than we think. It’s not going to be fought with bullets or aircraft carriers, although the Chinese are building up their military in an aggressive and threatening way.
This will more likely be an all-out economic war for global supremacy. The yuan versus the dollar. The Nasdaq versus the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
Meanwhile, America is asleep at the switch — at least, the Biden administration is.

Is socially responsible investing all a lie?

It’s easier than ever to invest ethically — or, at least, to be told by marketers you are. Whether you’re actually doing it is harder to figure out.
Investors have become eager to put their money toward good in recent years. In 2020, assets under management using sustainable investing strategies in the United States reached $17.1 trillion, according to a report from the Forum for Sustainable and Responsible Investing. That’s one of every three dollars under professional management in the country.

Fed to the lions: Jerome Powell’s ‘taper’ chase may cost him his job

Jerome Powell should be a layup for a second term as Federal Reserve chair, and yet he’s not.
The problem stems from Powell’s plans to begin “tapering,” or ending the Fed’s massive printing of money through asset purchases in the bond market. That’s leaving him vulnerable on reappointment, a growing number of Wall Street Fed watchers tell me.
The bear case for Powell starts when his tapering exposes the big lie being promulgated by the Democratic leadership that their new spending plan is “paid for.

Public pensions must divest from China

ANALYSIS/OPINION:
China’s military grows stronger every day. And American taxpayer dollars are helping to fund its expansion.
In California, top officials have allowed the investment of more than $3 billion to fund China’s Belt and Road Initiative, where they debt trap financially strapped countries. The Initiative expands the Red Dragon’s footprint worldwide with loans to build infrastructure, including deep-water ports and airports in other countries.
