When Denver Lost Its Mind Over Youth Crime

Sharletta Evans lost her three-year-old son in a hail of bullets one torturous December evening in 1995. But now that parents around the country have seen what amounts to doctrinaire child abuse in the classroom, they are fully awake and taking corrective action.
